RETURNS POLICY

We know you all love your latest Costa Moda purchase, however if for some reason you need to return your item within our return policy we are here to help. Please read details below as our Return Policy has changed

RETURN OPTIONS:

  1. Full price items can be returned within 14 days of order receipt – Returned full price items will now be issued with an online store credit only
  2. Promotional & Sale items marked with *Final Sale* can not be returned and are ineligible for refunds or exchange subject to Australian Consumer Law.
  3. Unfortunately we are not offering exchanges on returned items any more, instead we will issue you with an online credit and encourage you to place a new order for your desired item.
  4. All online returns will be processed within 5 Business days of receiving. Within this time you will receive an online credit for the value of your order which you can then use to either re purchase your item in a different size or re purchase another garment.
  5. All return postage is covered by customer.
  6. Online credits will be issued for all online returns where valid. The credit will be valid for a 12 month period from the date it was issued, if the online store credit exceeds the 12 month period, it will become expired and invalid.
  7. Where garments are faulty, we will issue a refund after inspection of garment

RETURNS CAN ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The Item is in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

Note: All items will be inspected on return and it remains at the discretion of Costa Moda whether the item will be accepted for an online credit based on quality control. When trying on clothing, please refrain from doing so whilst wearing make up, fake tan, deodorant or purfume as this may mark the clothing.

*Faulty Garments and Wear & Tear
COSTA MODA garments are made with luxury quality fabrics and need to be handled with care to ensure a long lifespan of that garment. Pulled threads are not the responsibility of the manufacturer. Please take care with jewellery, handbags, car seat belts, and rough surfaces, all of which can rub and snag the fabric. Garments with pilling are not deemed as faulty. Always check the care label sewn into the garment for how to care for your garment. Any garments suspected to be faulty must be returned to COSTA MODA Head Office for review and refund will be issued where valid.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM/S:

Note: When returning items to our online warehouse, you are responsible for the cost of the return. It is also your responsibility to ensure the goods reach our warehouse as we cannot be responsible until they are received. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your return arrives to us safely.

RETURNS PROCESSING:

Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt at the warehouse where possible. Where a online credit will be issued to your online account and emailed to you.

 

COSTA MODA BOUTIQUE RETURNS POLICY:

If you wish to return a garment that was purchased in our Mirage Costa Moda Boutique, the garment must be returned back to the same boutique withing 14 day of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns for items purchased in our boutique if you have changed your mind or made a wrong selection.

GIFT VOUCHERS POLICY:

Gift vouchers purchased online or in our Marina Mirgage boutique, cannot be redeemed for cash.
COSTA MODA  Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. If your voucher exceeds this period, the voucher is expired and no longer valid.
