For orders under $200, we charge a flat rate of $12 Express shipping.

-Please allow a week for your order to be processed and dispatched. If for some reason the order will take longer, ie it's in a store and being shipped back, we will contact you and inform you

-Transit time for Australia Express is 1-3 business days. We send everything express post, and considering there is no error by Australia Post, this will always be the case.

-Orders received on a public holiday or weekend will be processed the following business day.

-Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking details.

-Please allow a 48 hour period for your order to be processed and dispatched.

-Orders received on a public holiday or weekend will be processed the following business day.

-Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking details.

Costa Moda is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes on international sales. 

If you reject a parcel due to unexpected customs and import charges, we reserve the right to withhold the cost of shipping your parcel both ways when we complete your refund. In some cases, packages can be delayed due to matters outside of our control. If you parcel is delayed, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
