If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return to us within 7 days of receiving your item, we offer an online store credit or exchange and in the case of a faulty item we offer a full refund.

We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Costa Moda. Please note, return postage costs will be at your own expense.
